Your first form in 5 minutes

Create, review, and publish your first form: from "New form" to a public link ready to share.

In five minutes you can have a form published and collecting responses. All you need is an account and an idea.

  1. 1In your forms list, click "New form".
  2. 2Pick a starting point: describe your form so AI generates it, use "Blank form", or pick one with "Use template".
  3. 3Add or adjust fields from the "Fields" tab in the builder.
  4. 4Click "Preview" to see the form exactly as your respondents will.
  5. 5Click "Publish" to create the public version.
  6. 6Copy the formelia.io/f/your-slug link and share it anywhere.
On the Free plan you can have up to 3 published forms.

From here you can customize the look, watch responses come in, and keep editing: your changes stay in the draft until you publish again.
