Public link and slug
Your form lives at formelia.io/f/your-slug. Learn how to edit the slug and copy the link to share it.
Your form's public link has the shape formelia.io/f/your-slug. The slug is unique: no two forms can share one.
- 1Open the form settings and go to the "Public URL" section.
- 2Type the new slug using only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
- 3Wait for the real-time availability check and save.
Editing the slug is available from the Pro plan. To share the link, use "Copy link".
Changing the slug of a form you already shared breaks the previous link: there is no automatic redirect. Do it before spreading the word.
