Welcome screen and endings
Customize the welcome screen and your endings: closing messages, conditions, and an optional redirect.
The welcome screen is the first thing respondents see. You can edit the welcome title, the description, and the start button text, which says "Start" by default.
Endings are your form's closing screens. Each one has a title, "Thank you!" by default, and a message you can adapt to your tone.
- Create several endings and define conditions to show the right one based on the answers.
- Set an optional redirect to send respondents to another page when they finish.
The default ending cannot have conditions: it is the one shown when no condition is met.
