Export responses to CSV or Excel
Download your responses as CSV or XLSX with metadata plus one column per field. Exports respect your filters.
The responses view has "Download as CSV" and "Download as Excel" buttons. Exports respect the active filters, so you download exactly what you see on screen.
- 1Apply the filters you need: period, form, status, or an email search.
- 2Click "Download as CSV" or "Download as Excel".
- 3Open the file: the CSV uses Excel-compatible UTF-8, and the XLSX comes with auto-fitted columns.
- Metadata columns: email, form, dates, duration, device, channel, and status.
- One extra column per form field, holding each person's answer.
CSV and Excel exports are available from the Pro plan.
