Core concepts
Draft and published version, autosave, pages, fields, and responses: the pieces you will work with every day.
In Formelia you always work on a draft. Every change is saved automatically about a second after you stop editing, so there is no save button: you will see the "Saving…" and "Saved" states in the builder.
Publishing creates an immutable version of your form. The public link always serves the latest published version, even while you keep editing the draft. When a published form has pending changes, a banner lets you know and offers "Publish changes".
- Pages: the cover, question pages, and ending screens that make up your form.
- Fields: the questions you place on each page, in rows of 1 or 2 columns.
- Responses: each respondent submission, with its status and detail in the Responses section.
From the "History" tab in the builder you can review recent edits and go back to previous versions.
