Every plan includes 500 free credits per month. Pro adds 4,000 credits per cycle, and the usage meter inside the app always shows where you stand.
If you run out, you can enable additional credits at $5 per 1,000, with a monthly cap you define. There are never charges you did not approve.
Plan credits belong to your organization: everyone on Pro works from the same shared pool. And each person also keeps their monthly free quota as a personal fallback.

Your data is not deleted. You keep access to your content and your responses; the new plan's limits apply going forward (publishing and quotas). Keep in mind that on Free, responses are retained for 90 days.
