Create a blank form

If you already know what you want to build, a blank form is the most direct path: no predefined fields or sample text.

1. 1In your forms list, click "New form".
2. 2Select "Blank form".
3. 3The builder opens with your new form, ready to edit.

The form is created with a cover page and no fields. From there, add pages and fields and shape the structure you need.
