AI insights
The Insights panel analyzes your responses with AI in one click: summary, scores, behavior, audience, and open text.
In a form's analytics view, the "Insights" panel gathers one-click AI analysis tools. Each one produces a written analysis and a chart; use "Rerun" to regenerate it once more responses come in.
- Overall summary: a narrated read on how your form is doing.
- Scores: analysis of your NPS, CSAT, and Likert questions.
- Behavior: conversion funnel, per-page abandonment, per-field friction, and time comparison.
- Audience: devices, source channels, and peak response hours.
- Open text: sentiment and key themes from your free-text questions, with example quotes.
Some tools need a minimum amount of data to be useful: for example 10 responses, an NPS or rating question, or free-text questions. At the workspace level you also have the "Period summary": click "Generate summary" for a global read on your activity.
Each analysis consumes AI credits from your plan or your monthly free quota, so insights are available on every plan while you have credits.
