AI credits
How the monthly free quota, the Pro and Team tokens, and the AI usage meter work.
The monthly free quota gives you AI credits that renew every month to create forms and generate insights. On paid plans it acts as a fallback once your plan credits run out.
On Pro and Team you receive AI tokens every monthly cycle: 2M on Pro and 4M on Team.
- 1Go to Settings → Billing.
- 2Check the "AI usage this cycle" meter: it breaks down usage by layer (free quota, plan, and extra usage).
- 3Watch for the warnings: we alert you when you reach 80% and 95% of your usage.
On Pro and Team you can enable "Overage": pay-as-you-go for extra usage, with a monthly USD cap that you define.
