Configure access
Private forms, OTP verification, response limits, and a close date: decide who responds and how many times.
In the "Access" tab of the form settings you control who can respond and under which conditions.
- "Private form": only people in your contact directory can respond. Turning it on enables OTP automatically.
- "Respondent authentication": choose between "Anonymous" or "Email + one-time code (OTP)".
- "Ask for the respondent's name": adds a step to identify the person answering.
- "Save respondents to my contact directory": automatically adds everyone who completes the form.
With "Response limit" you define how many times the same person can respond: multiple responses, "One per device" (per browser), or "One per person" (verified by OTP).
If you want the form to close automatically, set a "Close date and time".
