Response statuses
What Completed, In progress, and Abandoned mean, and how statuses are used in the table and analytics.
Every response has a status that appears in the responses table and also filters the form's analytics.
- "Completed": the person submitted the form and reached the final screen.
- "In progress": they started answering and have not submitted yet. Their progress is saved automatically, and they can pick up where they left off if they return from the same browser.
- "Abandoned": 48 hours passed without activity. The system keeps whatever partial answers they managed to give.
Use the status filter in the "Responses" section to review only completed responses, spot the ones in progress, or analyze abandonments and their partial answers.
