Field types
The 14 field types in Formelia, from short text to NPS, available on every plan.
Formelia includes 14 field types, enough to cover anything from a contact form to a research survey.
- Short text: brief, single-line answers.
- Long text: longer, multi-line answers.
- Email: for email addresses.
- Phone: phone numbers with a country selector.
- Number: for numeric values.
- Date: for picking a date.
- Select: a dropdown list for choosing one option.
- Checkboxes: multiple selection across several options.
- Choices: a single choice among visible options.
- Rating: a quick score on a visual scale.
- NPS: a 0-10 scale to measure willingness to recommend.
- Likert: 5- or 7-point agreement scales.
- File: file uploads, with a maximum size based on your plan.
- Link: for web addresses (URLs).
Each type has its own settings you can configure from the field's properties panel.
All field types are available on all plans.
