Pages and structure

Cover, question pages, and endings: organize your form and control its flow with conditional logic.

A form is made of three types of pages, which you can combine and reorder freely.

  • Cover: the welcome screen, with a title, description, and start button.
  • Question pages: hold your fields, laid out in rows of 1 or 2 columns.
  • Ending screens: the end of the form, with a customizable title and message. You can have several and show them conditionally.
  1. 1Click "Add page" in the slide strip above the canvas.
  2. 2Drag the thumbnails to reorder pages.
  3. 3Select a page to open the "Page properties" panel and edit its internal name, title, description, and whether the title is shown.

With conditional logic you can show or hide pages based on previous answers, so each person only sees what applies to them.
